 MA Existential Psychotherapy & Counselling
UKCP Reg., BACP Reg.

I am a qualified and accredited psychotherapist and counsellor with 22 years' experience of working with a wide range of issues. I have a down-to-earth approach to therapy and counselling and am committed to providing a comfortable, respectful and safe space for you to begin talking.

I can work with you for long or short term psychotherapy/counselling and we can meet in person, on the 'phone or via Skype. Skype sessions offer more flexibility if, for example, you work shifts, travel for work, work from home or have mobility issues.

Many people who take up therapy or counselling find their difficulties hard to define or describe - perhaps things just don't feel right, you feel lost or disconnected? You don't need to have a particular issue or problem to come and talk to me . I hope that the information displayed on these pages will answer some of your questions - if not, please telephone or email me - this will place you under no obligation. Alternatively, you could arrange to meet me for an introductory meeting - this will give an impression of how it may be to work with me.

I am experienced in working with the following, but this list is not exhaustive :

  • relationship difficulties

  • depression

  • mid-life and ageing

  • anxiety

  • emotional responses to climate emergency

  • sexuality, sexual orientation and sexual diversity

  • gender identity and gender diversity

  • relationship diversity

  • separation, divorce and dissolution

  • hearing voices

  • childhood abuse
