Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place at a regular time each week.
Payment may be made by cash or cheque at the end of each session. You can also pay weekly or monthly by Bacs transfer.
I am registered as an approved psychotherapy practitioner through BUPA and AXA. If you have BUPA or AXA health insurance please contact their helpline for guidance on how to gain authorisation for payment for sessions.
Please contact me to see when I am currently available.
Sessions are available via SKYPE or telephone if this is more convenient for you.
Cancellation and holidays
If you are unable to attend a session please let me know as soon as possible by phone/text. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged the full fee.
If I am unable to attend a session I will let you know as far in advance as possible.
I will inform you of my holiday dates in advance and request that you do the same.
The initial consultation session is a chance for us to find out a little about each other and see if we both feel comfortable working together. It will be an opportunity for you to get a sense of my approach and style and to ask any questions you may have about the process. It will also be a chance for us to clarify fees and arrangements for sessions should you choose to go ahead. The relationship with your therapist is of great importance in the therapy process - you may wish to meet with more than one person before making a commitment.
