QualificationsI qualified as a psychotherapist at Regent's College School of Psychotherapy and Counselling and the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (NSPC) in London, being awarded an M.A with distinction in Existential Counselling and Psychotherapy on graduation. AccreditationI hold accreditation and registration with the UKCP - The United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy - one of the main UK counselling and psychotherapy professional and regulatory bodies.
I adhere to the Codes of Ethics and Practice of the UKCP. My work is professionally and regularly supervised by a UKCP registered supervisor.
I am also a member of the BACP (The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), the Society for Existential Analysis (SEA) and the UPCA (Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association).
I am a member of the PINK THERAPY directory, which list therapists who work with sexual minority clients from an affirmative standpoint. ExperienceI have 10 years experience of therapeutic work with adults and children at MIND, CHILDLINE, Place2Be, The Violence Initiative, CASA and PACE - all charitable organisations.
